William M. Lindeman, Owner

With more than 30 years' experience, William M. Lindeman concentrates his practice on complex business litigation with a focus on collection of accounts receivable. 

Prior to opening his own firm in September, 2007, Mr. Lindeman was a partner in several local firms which handled similar cases. Mr. Lindeman is a 1983 graduate of The University of Notre Dame Law School and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1987. He is also a member of the Commercial Law League of America as well as California and Illinois State Bars, and is proud to serve clients from all over the Country. Mr. Lindeman has served on various Florida Bar committees and given seminars on Landlord/Tenant, Construction Lien and Collection issues. He has served as President of the Renaissance by the Lake Homeowners' Association. Mr. Lindeman has maintained a "Very High" General Ethical Standards and Legal Ability Peer Review Rating™ for the past 19 years.

William M. Lindeman, P.A. is a boutique law firm in the Orlando area concentrating on complex business litigation with a focus on collection of accounts receivable.

We have a committed and knowledgeable staff with the resources and experience to guide you through the litigation process, from the initial demand through judgment, and, if necessary, post-judgment collection processes. 

We use state-of-the-art software which enables us to keep you informed about your case throughout the litigation process. 

Our attorneys are members of The Association of Law List Publishers, established in 1935, an organization of the publishers of reference directories which contain names of lawyers specializing in commercial and consumer debt recovery and creditors' rights law. The membership of the ALLP subscribes to the highest standards of professionalism with the intention of protecting the interest of those who refer cases for legal service, while promoting the services of the lawyers they list.
